Alex has been buying real estate for the last 19 years. Since then he has gone on to buy several hundred homes throughout Texas and California. Prior to moving into real estate, he grew up in the insurance business. Alex grew up in the Houston area and spends his free time with his two dogs.

Israel speaks with home sellers about our home buying process; He meets with them to discuss and evaluate property. He enjoys working with home owners and helps them achieve their house goals. Israel has 13 years of selling experience starting off at 19 years old in the life insurance industry. Israel learned the importance of face to face sales and house visits. Using these skills he transitioned into Farmers Insurance selling auto, home and life insurance. Israel crossed over into real estate 5 years ago and found a home with Mr. Deeds Buys Houses as an acquisitions representative. On his time off Israel enjoys martial arts training and time with his 12 year old son who is also in Tae Kwon Do.
Bernice Cedillo, Chief Financial Officer
Bernice is your main point of contact after you sign the purchase agreement, and she will be in constant contact with you throughout the closing process. She will help coordinate all the documents required with the title company and keep you in the loop throughout the timeline. Bernice strives to get you an outstanding experience that is both hassle free and fast. On a professional level, she holds a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association in Multi-family Housing Management, an Associates of Science in Business Management, and continues her studies working towards a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. When she is not at work or school, she enjoys being at home spending time with her 3lb fur baby Dexter, family and friends. Bernice has been in the real estate industry for going on 10 years with 8 of those in the property management sector. One thing that truly holds a soft place in Bernice’s heart is that of the care and treatment of people and animals. She has volunteered for numerous charities and foundations giving back her time and resources. These include Souper Bowl of Giving, SPCA Houston, Spring ISD Youth Mentorship Program, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committees, Houston Food Bank, Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief Astrodome, and Baker-Ripley’s Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot.
Sheria James, Chief Marketing Officer
Sheria has over 10 years of experience in all facets of marketing, after graduating she took the industry by storm and established herself as a leader. She strives to make lives, of people, easy in anyway she can and enjoys watching her teammates meet and exceed their goals. Volunteering is a big part of her life and she has a huge love for animals. When she is not working she enjoys going to the beach, reading, spending time with her mom and husband. She hopes to leave a legacy that will impact others in a positive way for generations to come.
